Job summary

Pink Tile Education Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Hassocks nursery. You’ll provide high-quality care and development opportunities for children aged 0–5, planning activities that foster learning through play and building strong, supportive relationships with children and families.

The role emphasises safeguarding and EYFS knowledge, and offers ongoing support, weekly pay, and opportunities for progression within a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential.

Contract: Permanent / Temp-to-Perm (Full-Time)

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Is caring, enthusiastic and full of energy.
• Works well as part of a supportive team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Previous nursery experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Two professional references.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
