Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Reigate to join a nursery team delivering high-quality early education. The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years, with previous nursery experience and a solid understanding of EYFS.

The role offers 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days (Mon–Fri), with a competitive salary and opportunities for development in a supportive environment.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a fantastic nursery setting in Reigate. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing exceptional early years education and creating positive learning experiences for young children.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in nurturing children's development, supporting their learning through play, and creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.

About You

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A sound understanding of child development and early years best practice.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong teamwork and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and development.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
