Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join our Forest Row team in East Sussex. This full-time permanent role runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering the opportunity to support young learners, act as a Key Person, and deliver EYFS activities in a nurturing setting.

You will hold a Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification, have EYFS knowledge, and be DBS checked. We offer £14.00–£16.00 per hour, a friendly working environment, ongoing development, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and child development.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one) with satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to support milestones.

Job Offer

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day care and development of our young learners, helping them explore, play, and grow safely. Your primary duties include:

• Observe, assess, and track children's progress to support their individual developmental milestones.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications
