Job summary

Great Starts Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Early Years Practitioner in Romford on a full-time 4-day-per-week schedule. You will support babies, toddlers and preschoolers with learning, development and wellbeing through engaging activities.

The role requires nursery experience, a Level 3 EY qualification preferred (Level 2 considered). Excellent communication and teamwork are essential in a friendly, supportive setting.

Early Years Practitioner
Romford Full-Time 4 Days Per Week Up to £28,500 per annum
Great Starts Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded nursery in Romford for an experienced Early Years Practitioner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a thriving nursery setting.

About the Nursery

The nursery operates across three age-specific rooms, providing dedicated environments for babies, toddlers and preschool children. The preschool setting currently holds an Outstanding Ofsted rating, with the baby and toddler provision awaiting inspection. The nursery is managed by one experienced manager across both buildings, creating a supportive and well-organised environment for staff and children alike.

The Role

You will work within the nursery's baby, toddler or preschool room, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging and age-appropriate activities.

This is a full-time position working across 4 days per week, all year round.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
