Job summary

Hedgehog Recruitment is seeking a friendly Nursery Practitioner for our Banstead setting. This full-time role supports babies and preschoolers within a caring, fun environment and a strong team.

You will hold a Level 2/3 in Early Years, work 40 hours per week between 7:30am and 6pm, and contribute to high-quality daily childcare with a friendly, supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 or higher in Early years/childcare.
• Holds a full and relevant Early Years qualification.
• Works as part of a team to provide high quality childcare daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, positive learning environment with opportunities for independence.
• Deliver day-to-day high quality childcare to babies and preschoolers.
• Collaborate with the team and management to maintain a caring setting.

Job description

Early Years Nursery practitioner.

We currently looking for a Nursery practitioner at our beautiful nursery and pre-school in Banstead.

We are a supportive friendly team, with a beautiful setting, great management and a caring fun place to work.

We have wonderful grounds, with a bright airy classrooms and stunning outdoor area with a large green and plenty of outdoor space.

We are looking for friendly, dedicated nursery practitioners, who have a real passion for developing little minds to work in either our babies unit with 3-24months or preschool room 2+

We are open between 7.30am and 6pm, Monday - Friday. Working hours are 40 per week over 4 or 5 day.

Key skill and duties involve:

• Most importantly, to have energy, enthusiasm, empathy, a sense of adventure and fun!
• Level 2/3 or higher in Early years/childcare.
• Working as a team in providing day to day high quality childcare.
• Provide a fun, positive learning environment that offers choice, experiences, independence and meets all the children needs.
• Hold a full and relevant early years qualification.
