Great Starts Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a well-established nursery in Romford. You will support babies, toddlers and preschoolers with engaging activities to promote learning and wellbeing.

This full-time, four-day-per-week role offers a friendly team, ongoing development and a birthday day off. Salary up to £28,500 per annum with on-site parking and good transport links.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred.
• Strong Level 2 candidates will also be considered.
• Previous nursery experience is essential.
• Passionate about providing high-quality childcare and education.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
• Work across the nursery's baby, toddler and preschool rooms to support activities and routines.
