TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a private day-nursery in Exeter. The role is to support children from 6 weeks to 4 years, reporting to the Nursery Manager. Immediate start with long-term prospects and potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will have Level 2 as a minimum, with Level 3 desirable, and a solid knowledge of the EYFS framework. You should be adaptable, reliable and have a can-do attitude.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a private day-nursery with their search for aNursery Practitioner.This is an exciting opportunity work with a warm and positive private day-nurseryin Exeter, who focus on child engagement with a therapeutic approach.The setting looks after up to125children, andboth indoor and outdoor areas are split into age-appropriate sectionsandprovidesensory enhancing activities.The nurseryensureschildren are able to challenge themselves and take risks in a safe and secure environment.

The nursery is looking to take on a Level 3 qualifiedNursery Practitioner, on a long-term basis with the opportunity to go permanent for the rightNursery Practitioner. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be required to work across all rooms, supporting children from ages 6 weeks up to 4 years.In a time of growth for this Nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the rightNursery Practitioner.

The successfulNursery Practitionerwill have:

• Level 3 desirable

• Level 2 required

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum

• 'Can-do' approach with the willingness to get stuck in
