Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is currently supporting a well-established nursery in Holmes Chapel by recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for a permanent role with an immediate start.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare, possess a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, and have experience with children aged 0-5, applying the EYFS framework to deliver safe, engaging activities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate valid.
• Experience in 0–5 age group in nursery or EYFS setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the nursery with engaging activities.

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £14.25 - £18.00 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established nursery setting in Holmes Chapel. The nursery provides a welcoming and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5, with a focus on supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.

The nursery is looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner on a permanent basis, with an Immediate Start available. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children across the nursery, following the EYFS framework, delivering engaging activities and ensuring children are cared for in a safe and positive environment.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
