Job summary

A childcare recruitment agency is seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners to work in supportive and nurturing environments across Bristol. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and demonstrate a caring and enthusiastic approach to early years education.

Qualifications

• Confidence working as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 in their development.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities.

What You Could Be Doing:
As a Nursery Practitioner, your day-to-day may include:
• Supporting children aged 0 5 in their emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Helping to plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Creating a safe, calm, and inspiring environment for little learners
• Supporting daily routines including snack time, nappy changes, and outdoor play

What We re Looking For:
• A Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification (or strong nursery-based experience)
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education
• Patience, positivity, and the ability to adapt to different settings and routines
• A genuine passion for helping children learn, explore, and flourish
• Confidence working as part of a team and independently
