Vision for Education Ltd. in Northumberland is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Nurse / EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a large Early Years setting across Nursery and Reception in Ashington.

The role is full-time, temporary to permanent, with weekly pay of £462.80–£500 depending on experience, and runs from October 2026 to July 2027. You will assist with daily routines, promote positive behaviour and support play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, including occasional 1:1 SEN support as

The School and Role

Vision for Education is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to support a large Early Years setting across Nursery and Reception in Ashington. The role includes providing classroom support, assisting with daily routines, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. Some 1:1 SEN support may be required. A relevant Level 3 qualification and recent EYFS experience are essential, and a first aid qualification is desirable.

The desired TA will have;

- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification/ L3 TA qualification

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND

- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
