Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Manager for a small, inspiring setting. Up to £35,000 per annum plus Benefits, with a focus on early years excellence and a confident leadership style.

You will lead a committed team, ensure Ofsted readiness, safeguarding and EYFS standards, and drive inclusion, parent partnerships, and curriculum planning in a thriving, close-knit nursery.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ Nursery Manager experience.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and support a talented team to deliver outstanding childcare and early education.
• Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Oversee daily operations - staffing, budgets, parent partnerships and curriculum planning.
• Champion inclusion and support for children with SEN.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain an environment that is safe, nurturing and engaging.
