Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Guisborough is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a busy setting and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a warm, safe and nurturing environment for children.

You will coach and develop the team, maintain EYFS compliance and Ofsted readiness, manage occupancy and budgets, and build strong partnerships with parents and the local community. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience preparing for Ofsted inspections.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and development.
