Empowering Learning Ltd is recruiting a Nursery Manager in Guisborough to lead a busy nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain safeguarding compliance and drive staff development within a welcoming setting.

The role requires strong leadership, EYFS expertise and experience with Ofsted inspections, offering career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required; Level 5+ desirable.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager stepping up.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of early years professionals.
• Ensure the nursery delivers exceptional standards of care and education.
• Maintain compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Manage occupancy, budgets and overall nursery performance.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the community.
• Coach, supervise and develop staff.
