We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Guisborough seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational Nursery Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day running of a busy, welcoming setting.

The Role

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of early years professionals.
• Ensuring the nursery consistently delivers exceptional standards of care and education.

About You

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience preparing for and managing Ofsted inspections.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and supporting children's development.
