Nursery Manager Role in Weston-super-Mare

Our clients, a busy nursery setting in Weston-super-Mare, are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure outstanding practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large settings, supporting nurseries during Ofsted inspections, and possess knowledge of budgets, marketing, recruitment, and working within a nursery group.

This role is a 40-hour week with a salary of up to £45k, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
