Our client in Dorchester is looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic Nursery Manager to oversee their 100-plus place setting. The nursery offers great outdoor space, and the salary, based on a 40-hour workweek, is up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Requirements

1. Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
2. You should have at least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery.
3. At least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams.
4. You can inspire, energise, and support others.
5. You have a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn.
6. Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
7. Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements.
