In order to be considered for the roles of Nursery Manager in Weston-Super-Mare you will need:

• A passionate and positive attitude
• Manager, or significant Deputy experience from a high performing early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the curriculum and ability to train staff in this area
• A full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
• Knowledge and understanding of key legislation related to childcare and education
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A positive attitude, good initiative, confident and approachable

The role of Nursery Manager n Weston-Super-Mare will include:

• Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
