Nursery Manager

In Gloucester, on great transport links, our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee their large Nursery setting. Salary, based on a 40 hour week is c£40k dep on experience.

Requirements

1. Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
2. Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
3. Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
4. Can inspire, energise and support others
5. Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
6. Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
7. A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
