Banana Moon Franchise are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead on the growth and development of our Flagship nursery in Hatton. This is an incredibly exciting time for Banana Moon, as we are about to embark upon a renovation and reinvestment project throughout the nursery.

In the role of Nursery Manager, attention to detail is paramount in ensuring the highest standards of quality and care for the children under our supervision. From maintaining accurate records to overseeing the implementation of our bespoke, play-based curriculum, every task requires precision and accuracy. Banana Moon Day Nursery places great importance on the welfare of its employees with a ‘wellbeing pledge' integrated into the curriculum. This means that you will be supported by a network of Franchise Officers who will guide you to not only embed the highest standards, but also provide you with opportunities for further career growth and development.

The right candidate will have the skillset to promote a successful and profitable business, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery to reach maximum occupancy whilst providing excellent customer care. Requirements

• Minimum of a Level three qualification as approved by the Department of Education
• At least two-years current Nursery Manager experience
• Experienced in leading quality practice
• A clear enhanced DBS certificate
• Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage 2024 (EYFS)
• Proven track record with the regulatory body
• Paediatric first aid certificate preferred but not essential
• Previous experience of being the Designated Safeguarding Lead
