Job summary

Octave Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in Headington. You will lead the day-to-day running of the setting, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

You will lead, support and develop the nursery team, build strong relationships with families and external agencies, and ensure safeguarding and quality standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above in a recognised Early Years qualification.
• Senior leadership or management experience within a nursery.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding.

About You

• GCSE Maths or equivalent.
