Job summary

Revive Education is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting in Cheddar. You will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding while driving continuous improvement.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary (£40,289 per annum), 33 days’ leave including bank holidays, a performance bonus up to £5,000, and extensive training plus staff benefits. A clear career path and supportive development are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing an early years setting.
• Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare.
• Thorough understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 20+ staff team in a 80-child nursery across 9 rooms.
• Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.
• Drive training and development through in-house programmes.
• Oversee daily operations and stakeholder engagement.
