Job summary

Academics Ltd in London is partnering with a prestigious private nursery in Hammersmith & Fulham to recruit a Nursery Manager. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure outstanding care and education, and guide a dedicated team of early years professionals.

This full-time, permanent role starts September 2026. The successful candidate will have Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, strong EYFS knowledge, and a proven leadership track record, with a focus on staff development and family

Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare.
  • Experience as Nursery Manager or senior leadership in Early Years.
  • Solid knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
  • Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
  • Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
