Job Description

Our clients lovely 100 plus place setting South of the City of Leicester are requiring an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the busy setting, initially on a 12 month maternity cover post, salary is up to £40k depending on experience. Lots of good transport links to the nursery, together with onsite parking.

Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams

Can inspire, energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
