A well-established, highly rated private day nursery in Northampton (NN3) is seeking a Nursery Manager to join their welcoming team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and families, and committed to providing high-quality care and education to ensure each child's development.

This role is preferably full-time; however, term-time only options are available. The nursery operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and the Nursery Manager is ideally expected to work 30-40 hours per week.

The successful candidate must hold at least a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification. Ideally, they will have five years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager and be ready to step into a managerial role, especially if such opportunities are limited at their current setting.
