Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
• At least 3 years' experience in a Day Nursery.
• 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery provision and manage a team effectively.
• Inspire and support staff in providing excellent care and education to children.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Requirements

• Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• Have at least 3 years' previous experience working in a Day Nursery
• Have at least 2 years' experience leading and supporting teams
• Can inspire, energise, and support others
• Have a genuine passion and excitement for working with children and helping others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
