Job description

Banana Moon Franchise is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our flagship nursery in Hatton. This is an exciting time for Banana Moon as we embark on a renovation and reinvestment project.

As Nursery Manager, attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high standards of quality and care, including accurate record-keeping and implementing our bespoke, play-based curriculum. We prioritize employee wellbeing through our 'wellbeing pledge,' supported by Franchise Officers who guide you in maintaining standards and pursuing career growth.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to promote a successful, profitable business, engage with the local community, and market the nursery to maximize occupancy while delivering excellent customer care. Requirements

• Minimum Level three qualification approved by the Department of Education
• At least two years of current Nursery Manager experience
• Experience in leading quality practice
• Clear enhanced DBS certificate
• Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage 2024 (EYFS)
• Proven track record with regulatory bodies
• Paediatric first aid certificate (preferred but not essential)
• Experience as Designated Safeguarding Lead
