About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Manager for their newly opened nursery in Clapham, England. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a qualified team in a supportive environment designed for success.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 childcare qualification or higher, knowledge of Ofsted & EYFS, and previous management experience. The position provides a nurturing atmosphere to grow your career in early years education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 relevant childcare qualification or above.
• Possess good knowledge of Ofsted & the EYFS.
• Have previous management experience in a childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the nursery.
• Lead and inspire a team of childcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.

To be considered for the role of Nursery Manager you will have:

• Level 3 relevant childcare qualification (or above)
• Good knowledge of Ofsted & the EYFS
• Previous Management experience (Third in Charge, Experienced Room Leader, Deputy Nursery Manager)
• Ability to motivate, inspire and lead a passionate childcare professional team
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
