Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions in Crawley is seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a busy setting. You will oversee staffing, safeguarding, and curriculum delivery across the EYFS framework, ensuring high standards of care and learning.

With 4+ years in early years and at least 2 in a management role, you will have experience guiding Ofsted inspections and managing budgets. The role offers a salary up to £46k and a supportive, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).

This lovely Nursery in Crawley, Three Bridges Area are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join them and lead the day to day running of the setting. On great transport links. Working 40 hrs, our clients are offering salary up to £46k depending on experience. You will need to be a nursery manager, and ideally have taken a nursery through an Ofsted Inspection.
