Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks a Nursery Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of a brand-new nursery. You will build a high-performing team, establish a child-centred culture and ensure exceptional care and education from day one.

You will drive occupancy, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance while inspiring staff and families alike.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager.
• Experience managing a large nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing nursery teams.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing occupancy, budgets and day-to-day nursery operations.
• Passion for delivering outstanding early years education.

Responsibilities

Up to £50,000 per annum | 40 Hours Per Week

What We're Looking For
