Toad Hall Nursery Group in Wellingborough is looking for a Lunchtime Assistant to support children aged 0–5 during midday care. The role involves assisting with activities aligned to the EYFS framework, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Hours are 20 per week (11am-3pm, Monday to Friday, all year round). The salary starts from £12.71 per hour, dependent on qualifications. Previous nursery experience is essential; unqualified applicants may apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on childcare experience in nursery, preschool or early years setting.
• Willingness to work in a lunchtime role with young children aged 0–5.
• Prior experience in a team-based, safeguarding-conscious environment.

Responsabilités

About the Role

As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help deliver engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for every child.
