Job summary

The Learning Experience in Leatherhead is seeking a Lunchtime Assistant to support children's development during lunch breaks and help maintain safe, clean environments.

You will work 10am–3pm, assisting with meals, delivering care, and following health and safety policies under nursery leadership. Level 2+ in Early Years is required, with a friendly, reliable teamwork approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years education settings with 'Good or Outstanding' inspection outcomes.
• Required - Level 2 or Above Qualification in Early Years
• Successful collaboration within nursery teams and effective communication.
• Record of ongoing training and professional qualifications.
• Proficiency in hygiene standards, room preparation, and decision-making.
• Experience in food preparation and relevant food management training.
• Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Motivated and deadline-driven, particularly in children's record-keeping and assessment.
