The Learning Experience is opening its first state-of-the-art UK setting. We are seeking a Lunchtime Assistant who will provide caring, age-appropriate support during lunch hours and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children aged in the early years.

You will work within a dynamic leadership team to ensure wellbeing and progress. Successful candidates will hold Level 2 in Early Years or higher, have experience in early years settings with good or outstanding outcomes, and

• Join the Nursery as a Lunchtime Assistant.
• Cover hours from approximately 11am to 2pm.
• Deliver care supporting each child's development and needs.
• Fulfil lunchtime duties and support local nurseries.
• Create enriching environments for indoor and outdoor growth.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety policies and Crown Core values.

Your Duties

• We invite a friendly, spirited individual to join our Nursery as a Lunchtime Assistant.
• In this pivotal role, you'll cover the hours between approximately 11am and 2pm
• Your role involves delivering exceptional care that supports each child's development and individual needs.
• With a flexible approach, you'll fulfill lunchtime responsibilities and provide vital support to local nurseries.
• By creating enriching environments filled with engaging activities, you'll foster indoor and outdoor growth.
• Guided by British Values embedded in Core Advantage, LEAP, and Early Years Foundation Stage learning, you'll ensure a holistic education experience. Safety remains paramount, as you'll adhere to child protection and health and safety policies, safeguarding children's well-being.

What We Ideally Require From You

• Experience in early years education settings with 'Good or Outstanding' inspection outcomes.
• Required - Level 2 or Above Qualification in Early Years
• Successful collaboration within nursery teams and effective communication.
• Record of ongoing training and professional qualifications.
• Proficiency in hygiene standards, room preparation, and decision-making.
• Experience in food preparation and relevant food management training.
• Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Motivated and deadline-driven, particularly in children's record-keeping and assessment
