Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in children and young people's workforce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' recent experience in a preschool or nursery setting.

Job description

What skills and experience we're looking for
  • Has a minimum of a level 3 qualification in children and young people's workforce or equivalent
  • Has a minimum of 2 years' recent experience, working in a preschool or nursery setting, ideally already in a senior practitioner or leader role.
  • Has an excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and current Ofsted statutory guidance.
  • Will be enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated working alongside the preschool and ACE Enhanced Services team to support children across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given solutions with integrity and compassion.
