Job summary

Partou Tiny Teapots Day Nursery & Pre-school in Harrogate is seeking a dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a focus on delivering high-quality Early Years outcomes and safeguarding within a caring team.

You will lead a team, ensure stimulating activities aligned to the EYFS, and build strong partnerships with families while contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Salary £32,000 Per Annum

About The Role

Partou Tiny Teapots Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
