Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking dedicated individuals to support early years care across multiple nurseries. You will help deliver quality care, foster safe environments, and support child development through planned activities.

The role offers flexible days, travel across nurseries, and opportunities to gain varied experience within a supportive team. Applicants should have genuine enthusiasm for working with children and be willing to learn within the early years setting, while maintaining safeguarding

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• Flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
