Grandir UK Limited is seeking flexible nursery staff for its GrandFlex bank, offering hourly pay up to £13.21 and the freedom to choose working days. You’ll support high-quality care across nearby nurseries and contribute to a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal for those passionate about early years, with no fixed hours, travel between sites is required. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of our standard process, and you’ll join a welcoming GrandirUK team.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and developing their development.
• Previous experience in early years/childcare is desirable.
• Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills in early years.
• Flexibility to travel across local nursery clusters.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
