Job summary

Grandir UK Limited is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support high-quality care and learning across our nursery cluster in the West of England. You will help create safe, nurturing environments and support children's development through play and planned activities.

Enjoy flexible days with no fixed weekly hours, and rotate across multiple nurseries while collaborating with teams. You will follow EYFS guidelines and safeguarding policies, with DBS checks required and a welcoming,

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills within early years.
• Flexibility to travel across the local nursery cluster.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
