Grandir UK Limited is seeking a Nursery Assistant to help deliver high-quality care and learning experiences across our nursery clusters. You will work with teams to create safe, engaging environments that support children's development through play and planned activities.

The role requires a genuine passion for working with children, a willingness to learn, and the flexibility to travel locally. You will uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and EYFS standards in a supportive, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Previous experience working with children in an early years, nursery or childcare setting is desirable.
• A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills within early years.
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
