Job summary

Grandir UK is seeking flexible nursery staff to join its caring team across local settings. You will deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children, support development through play and planned activities, and maintain safeguarding and confidentiality standards.

Earn up to £16 per hour with no fixed weekly hours, choose your working days, and gain experience across different nursery settings within our supportive team.

Qualifications

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• The flexibility to travel across our local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support different nursery teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and Grandir UK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
