Grandir UK Limited is hiring for GrandFlex, its dedicated nursery bank team, offering total flexibility to fit around your life while earning up to £13.21 per hour. You choose when you work across our nearby nurseries, without a fixed weekly rota.

You'll support high-quality care, help children develop through play, and follow EYFS and our policies. DBS check is required; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting development.
• Experience in early years, nursery or childcare settings desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop in early years.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Help create safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work with nursery teams to maintain high standards of care.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK policies.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards.
