Job summary

A nursery assistant role in Rugby is available through Aspire People. The school seeks someone with an Early Years qualification or at least 1 year of nursery or primary school experience, starting November 2026.

You will work with teachers and other teaching assistants to share workload and support Early Years pupils. Relevant qualifications (CACHE/NVQ/NNEB or degree related to working with children) and strong communication skills are essential, with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic school

• Experience of working with Early Years pupils
