Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a positive, motivated nursery specialist to support Early Years pupils under the guidance of teachers and teaching assistants in Nuneaton. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and a flexible approach to changing classroom needs.

You will hold an Early Years qualification or have at least 1 year of nursery or primary school experience, with safeguarding checks in place.

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification (CACHE/ NVQ/ NNEB/ degree relating to working with children/young people)
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team with teachers and other staff
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a commitment to the continued development of the school
• A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change
• Experience working with SEN is desirable, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support early years pupils and assist with classroom activities under teacher guidance
• Collaborate with teachers and other teaching assistants to share workload and maintain a positive learning environment
