Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking a Nursery Assistant for our Coventry nurseries. You will support teachers and other staff to deliver engaging early years activities and care for young pupils across the classroom.

The role requires an Early Years qualification or at least 1 year of nursery or primary school experience, excellent communication, and a flexible, team-focused attitude. Belonging to Aspire, you’ll be supported by a dedicated consultant in the Coventry area.

Qualifications

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification (CACHE/ NVQ/ NNEB/ degree relating to working with children/young people)
• Relevant experience of working with Early Years pupils
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team with teachers and other staff in the school
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a commitment to the continued development of the school
• A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change
• Experience working with SEN is desirable, but not essential
