Little Monkeys, Horsham, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will care for and support young children, helping them develop curiosity and thrive daily.

You will work at our Horsham nursery under Level 3 qualified practitioners, contribute to engaging activities, and help uphold our policies while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant.
• Experience supporting and engaging with children in a nursery setting is desirable.
• Ability to read, understand and follow company policies and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
• Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings and undertake training as required
