Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are delivered and maintained
• Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures
• Allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in nursery practice and provision
• Provide feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and parents
