Job summary

The Sunshine Day Nursery and the Sunshine Holiday Club provide a high quality childcare service predominantly for employees of the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and other NHS Organisations.

You will be key to supporting the nursery manager/deputy manager in the business administration of the nursery, with a focus on general office duties including financial processes and managing the nursery electronic database system.

Qualifications

• You will support nursery administration including financial and HR information handling.
• Experience with nursery database systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and numerical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Organise financial and HR information on a daily basis.
• Maintain nursery electronic database system.
• Record attendance and generate invoices, recording payments.
