Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursecall Field Engineer to service and install nurse call systems across the South of England, including Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Kent. This hands-on role involves fault finding, training staff and expanding networked systems in care facilities.

You should have strong nurse call experience (wireless preferred), a full UK driving license, and the ability to work across varying sites with confidence and practical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong nurse call experience, ideally wireless systems (Medicare, Courtney Thorne, ARM)
• Comfort with Android, IP addressing and Windows troubleshooting
• Able to travel in the South of England and occasional longer trips

Responsibilities

• Test nursecall system functionality and fault find
• Install/display replacements and peripherals on nurse call systems
• Provide on-site training on system functionality
• Install new nurse call systems and peripherals
• Run data cables (CAT5e/CAT6) for new hardware
• Investigate Wi‑Fi or IT faults and patch IT equipment
