Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Nursecall Field Engineer to install and maintain digital nurse call systems in care homes. The role covers the Midlands with occasional travel, and involves fault finding, installations and on-site training.

Based in the South Midlands, you should have nursecall experience, strong networking and Windows basics, plus a full UK driving licence. Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with nurse call systems or similar healthcare technology.
• Strong fault-finding and installation skills.
• Familiar with Wi‑Fi, telephony and mobile handsets is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Test nursecall system functionality and fault find issues.
• Install and configure new nursecall systems and peripherals.
• Set up display screens and call points; provide on-site training.
• Install new peripherals and run data cables for installations.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and IT network issues on site.
• Represent the company professionally at client sites.
