Exemplar Health Care’s Primrose Place care home in Coalville is seeking a Unit Manager with nursing leadership experience to oversee a nursing and care team and maintain high standards of person-centred care.
You’ll hold a first level NMC PIN, have post-registration management experience, and lead clinical governance across the unit, including medication handling and care planning. Rate £21.47 per hour; full-time with day and night 12-hour shifts, and opportunities for training and progression.

In this role, you’ll work at a senior level, under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues, drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.

To apply for this role, you must have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. We’re looking experienced Nurses from all backgrounds, Adult, Mental Health and Learning Disability Nurses / RGN, RMN, RNLD.
As this is a management role, you should also have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
