Job summary

Primrose Place care home in Coalville is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the home in excellent condition. You’ll handle general maintenance, decorating, plumbing and tiling, with regular risk assessments and audits.

About the role

Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition.

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• general maintenance
• decorating
• plumbing
• tiling
• carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.

You’ll put our people at the heart of everything you do – whether that’s painting bedrooms, building planters in the garden or putting pictures on people’s walls. We can guarantee that whatever you bring to the role, you’ll see great rewards.
